Pre-populated Buddy Lists
When you log in to your Talk2
IM, you will automatically have pre-populated buddy
lists based on your parent organization and
your business contacts. These lists are updated
from the latest Directory information, so when staff move from
one department to another they are automatically moved to the
appropriate buddy lists as well.
Personal Buddy Lists
In addition to the pre-populated buddy lists, users of Talk2 IM may generate custom buddy lists. These lists will be stored on the IM server and available from IM clients as well as Talk2 IM. See information about adding contacts in Talk2 IM.
